The MP2 seizure detector monitor can be used with either the ELVP-4, four channel vibrating pager or, the KS-4, four channel patient call alarm and is fitted with an address code selectable
transmitter. For a hospital or care home this enables monitoring of four people with epilepsy. When a seizure is detected the transmitter signals the receiver which then indicates by way of alarm and visual LED the patient having a seizure. The monitor and sensor cases are sealed and can be sterilised by wiping with normal strength disinfectant.
This model is normally used where more than one person with epilepsy is to be monitored, in a care home or hospital.
