The EL-4W pager is designed for the wireless transmission of alarm signals and for local area paging.
The alarm EL-4W set includes:
- EL-4T transmitter
- EL-4R pager and tape antenna
The transmission is digitally coded using high security channel hopping. The transmitter can send two different signals (it has two signal inputs - A and B). Each transmitter channel input produces a different output tone to the pager.
The transmitter can be connected to virtually any control signal providing a very simple means of adding a paging link. The pager can learn the codes of up to three separate transmitters. Any number of pagers can be coded to a transmitter. Trigger from a logic input, momentary switch such as a door bell push or panic button.
