With the above back pain facts giving us food for thought, it is no wonder that the general public are turning to mattress companies for a solution to their back pain.
For the majority of us the last time we purchased a mattress was fifteen or twenty years ago! Prices have risen astronomically since then. Like car buying, we get a shock when we see what lofty premiums bedding stores have on their merchandise. We freak out when we see how much they cost. I could almost buy a good used car for the price of some new beds.
Have you looked in the yellow pages or on the internet for beds/mattresses and been overwhelmed at all the places that sell mattresses and foundations? Not to mention headboards, footboards, frames, futons, pillows and just about anything else you could think of to get you a good night's sleep. If that's not enough, there are huge choices available that baffle you with science, such as memory foam, rubber foam, foam encased sides, edge guards, pocket coils innersprings, tempurpedic mattreesses, hypoallergenic products, and even body pressure imaging systems, it's no wonder that selecting a mattress can be confusing.
With OroMed this doesn't have to be a mystery or a complex buying decision, OroMed will happily come to your home to demonstrate the benefits of their mattress when compared to the standard "orthopaedic mattress" or tempurpedic mattress.
At OroMed we consider the most important part of mattress shopping is testing it out. Most bedding stores don’t allow you to take the bed home and try it for a month, so it’s up to you to do the footwork necessary to insure pleasant slumbering, however, here at OroMed we would be happy to let your trial the bed in your own home or in our shop.
A mattress with recess which is of a sandwich configuration, the top section being made of high density visco-elastic slow recovery foam which is sensitive to body weight and temperature. However, at the heart of the mattress is what all clinicians agree to be the main reason Oro's remarkable success - memory foam mattress with a recess.. When trying out a bed, try lying on the bed the same way you would if you were at home. If you sleep on your side, lay on your side. If you sleep on your back, lay on your back! Take a nap. Spend about fifteen minutes on the bed to get the benefit from it. This will determine if your body likes the bed. Listen to your body! A cheap bed will probably give you cheap results, (in this day and age you get what you pay for) resulting in a sore back in the morning. On the other hand, if price, not comfort, is your main criteria in a mattress, go to one of the huge national merchandising chains. You can’t try the bed out, but you can usually get a good price and probably an unaligned spine in the process!
You spend a third of your life in bed, but that eight hours of sleep is very important. If your sleep is not restful and restorative, the next day will be miserable. It’s to your benefit to give your searching the time it deserves, try a conventional mattress before you try OroMed's memory foam mattress, this will enable you to compare the two together and allow you to see the amazing results it will bring.
Basically it comes down to this. Let your body decide. If a cheap mattress feels as good as an expensive one, buy it, but be prepared for the aches and pains the next day!
